From time to time I get the question about an Arsonists reunion, and if its possible. The best answer I have is, anything's possible, and I'd never say never.. The ASF family has been in good communication, something that took some time to happen, and recently we have discussed a possibility of doing a new album / tour. So far, the feedback between us has been real positive, so that's a good sign.. That being said, what I'd like to discuss is support for the ASF family and our solo endevours. Each member has a solo CD out, that's FREESTYLE with "Etched In Stone" & "The Long Road To Classic", then there's D STROY's "More Than Beats & Rhymes", Then JISE with "Chronicles part 1&2", and of course there's me (Q-UNIQUE) with both "Vengeance Is Mine" and "Between Heaven & Hell". Your support is greatly appreciated, and helps to keep the ASF movement alive.
Thanks

"There's this sick fascination with the dead artist, the broke artist, the drugged-out artist, the artist who blows all his money on drugs and big chains and ends up on a VH1 special. Or artists so conflicted about making money from their art-which so often means making money from their pain and confusion and dreams--that they do stupid shit with it, set it on fire or something. This is a game people play with musicians: that to be real, to be authentic, you have to hate having money or that success has to feel like such a burden you want to kill yourself. But whoever said artists shouldn't pay attention to their business was probably someone with their hand is some artist's pocket."

"Decoded"
In these times where all artists are taking a beating with downloading, asking for a "free-bee" shows that you lack respect in the value of the artist. And to the person that lo-balls her / himself or sells him / herself short with ".99 cent sales on your beats & lyrics, you are killing the value of what many people consider sacred, and in the end, without any value, it will be useless and disposable.

I have been a fan of the NY Yankees since I was 5 years old. Overall, I love baseball.. I've played baseball in high school and I coach my sons little league team. But, the reality is, I don't know enough to be a manager of a major league team. I could never accomplish what Derek Jeter has or hit as many homeruns as Big Papi. Why? well because Im just a fan, Ive never walked the path that a major league ball player has, I've never been on a minor league team. I don't even know what the daily exercise routine of a professional baseball player is. All I know is I'm happy when my team wins and I get disappointed when the team looses. But Ive never had the urge to go on the internet and and totally bash a player because he cant get a win or is in a really bad hitting slump, because at the end of the day, Im not an ignorant fool, regardless if its an allstar or not, the fact is, he's a better player than I am. and that player has more experience and knowledge of the situation than I do, because at the end of the day, Im just a fan, and he is the player. Those 2 extremes are separated by so many details behind the scenes that it makes a person look like a total moron when they totally dismiss the player with the original quote of,"He Sucks". Oh yeah, lets see you strike out Josh Hamilton or hit a homerun off of Roy Halladay. Even on their worst day it aint happening.
I have these same feelings when I see internet criticism on my friends, when I see the ignorant comments about ILL BILL, Necro, Crazy Legs, Immortal Technique, Vinnie Paz, Slaine, myself and a few more, its laughable because the blogger or message board moron is just a fan of Hip Hop, a self appointed authority, with no actual experience, never recorded in a real studio, never been on a world tour, never been on TV or a real radio show, never been in a movie, never had a cd sell in a real store, doesn't really know the behind the scenes details, so basically that person just knows what he or she likes, thats it, but for some reason, on the internet, thats enough to be an authority, really? Imagine going to a resturaunt and the chef isnt actually a chef but someone who likes certain kinds of food, and decided to take the title of chef, would you pay & eat that self appointed chefs cooking?
Knowledge, wisdom & understanding y'all.
